How do you price engagements?

We offer both fixed-price and time-and-materials models depending on how well-defined the scope is. Fixed-price works best for clearly scoped builds with defined outputs. Time-and-materials suits projects where requirements will evolve as we learn together. We recommend the right model during our initial assessment and are transparent about the trade-offs of each.

What happens when requirements change mid-project?

We expect it. Our sprint structure is designed to absorb scope changes without derailing timelines. We re-scope at sprint boundaries, re-estimate transparently, and adjust the delivery plan accordingly. There are no change orders or surprise invoices.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer structured post-launch support including monitoring, bug fixes, performance optimization, and feature iterations. Support is scoped separately from the build engagement and can be structured as a monthly retainer tailored to your needs.
